COVID 19 JAN UPDATE

We are now open and limited to 150 riders.
💥 We are open Tuesday- Sunday. Sign in 9.30am to 7.30pm. Park closes at dark.
💥 £10 for a pass or become a member for £40 for the year +£2 a ride.
💥 You do not need to book but please note our limit is 150 riders. Once we reach that we will have to close our gates.
💥 Full face helmets are mandatory.
💥 Masks are mandatory in the cafe/sign in area.
💥 Under 18’s need a parent or guardian to sign them in.
💥 No camping allowed
💥 We are accepting cash or card.
💥 Please follow all government guidelines on social distancing while at the park, wash hands and use hand gel provided regularly throughout the day.

Downhill Tracks

Farmer Johns MTB Park comprises a selection of downhill trails ranging in classification from your typical Red through to Black and Severe Black.

Dirt Jumping

Home to Farmer Johns Trails, established since 2007 our Dirt Jumping Park is one of the premium spots in the North West. Browse Videos from FJ Trails and the KOD set.

Racing

We host a full regional downhill racing series including the North West Championships however won't be until further notice.

ABOUT FARMER JOHNS MTB

Farmer Johns MTB is a mountain biking facility located just outside Marple Bridge on the edge of the Peak District. Founded by “Farmer” John Thorpe and his wife Jill, and supported by a motley bunch of locals, FJMTB has grown to become one of the most well known and popular MTB parks in England.

We operate a Downhill orientated mountain biking experience with a range of trails to suit the more experienced rider. We also hold a number of DH racing events throughout the year and have a well establish dirt jumping park.
